If you are OUTSIDE OF NEW MEXICO, we encourage you to contact a local State Farm Insurance agent.  Yes, a State Farm agent, and no, you do not have to be currently insured with State Farm or switch to them.  Although the company does not advertise it outside of the agents offices, most State Farm agents are 'bank certified' and can process an auto loan through State Farm Bank.  Their process is very simple - they can take an application over the phone or in the office, and give you an answer within an hour or so.  If it's a 'yes', you just drop by the office, sign some papers, and pick up your check!

Factors that are considered in determining the amount and terms of a vehicle loan include vehicle make, model, year, optional equipment and odometer reading.

And of course, the lender also considers the buyer's capacity to make the payments and their history of making payments on current or previous vehicle and other loans.
